What IS included in my monthly website upkeep & updates?
- We update the plugins and themes on your site 1 to 2 times per month after they have been tested.
- We update the core WordPress software if needed.
- If you experience any downtime on your website or email services our team will look into it, if the website and emails works on our side it might be your router or device, try rebooting your device to see if that solves the problem or contact your internet service provider or IT company, we DO NOT provide free IT services.
- Minor changes to your website (up to 50 words or 3 images, any re-designs or additional pages/content will incur a R350 per hour fee)
What is NOT included?
- Email setup (we can do your email setup if you bring your device to us for R75 per device and per instance)
- Remote support on your pc, laptop or device (we can assist with email setup via AnyDesk, this is charged at R75 per device and per instance)
- Any other services not clearly stated.
- Any IT services are not included.
